- Warranty: Apart from manufactuerer's warranty, ARC provide full range of services to our customers. We also provide Thrid-Party Onsite Warranty from UEE (United Electrical Engineering) as an option: Three year onsite WTY: $175.00 for desktop pc; $199.00 for notebooks.
- Repairs: ARC provides repairs for all types of x086 machines (IBM compatibles), from your oldest 486 to your latest Pentium model, whether Desktops or Laptop/Notebooks.
We also provide all parts for any repairs taken out.
- Upgrading: We can provide you with all the parts necessary to upgrade your machine.
- Data Recovering: for notebook/laptop with/without working computer CPU. When you have important information on a faulty computer that you need to rechieve/back up its data, ARC can help!
- Professional Advice: With over 18 years experience in IT, ARC have developed a great knowledge about the IT industry.

- > 15 and < 30 minutes - $50
- > 30 minutes < 1 hour - $80
- > 1 hour - $100+

- Installing memory, CD-RW, Video card, sound card or similar jobs: from $30
- Format HDD, Installing Windows OS and drivers: from $50
- Installing MB or HDD with windows installation; Laptop repair: from $60
- Virus and Malware repair service (with/without OS installation): from $80
- Virus and Malware repair service (with backup data): $from $100
- Express Service: We also provide express service

- > 1 hour - $200
- On-site service: We provide on-site service for home and business. Speciallised in small networking jobs.
- Call-out fee: $80 (Sydney metro or 15km from any ARC stores)
- First hour is free
- After first hour: $70/hr
